CPFL adopts free navigation on its app

The CPFL Energia application received the opportunity to provide data-free access to its users on Wednesday, May 13. Implemented by MUV in partnership with Datami, the free app is available for energy utility customers who are Oi, Claro, TIM and Vivo users. Through the app, CPFL consumers in the south and southeast of the country have access to more than 30 services, such as requesting a duplicate account, changing ownership, and requesting the re-connection of the energy service.

The adoption of free navigation is part of a project to digitize the services of the concessionaire. The company plans to invest R $15 million in the modernization of the channels this year and has contributed R $20 million to the area in the last three years. As a result, 85% of the company’s total calls are currently made through digital channels. CPFL’s next step is to launch a service channel via WhatsApp in May.
